Commercial terms

DealMesh is a procurement marketplace. Company number: 17531672. Registered in England and Wales. Commercial services require confirmed company disclosures and separate service agreements.

Business model

Buyers pay suppliers directly. The proposed DealMesh supplier success fee is 3% of qualifying fulfilled order value excluding VAT, adjusted for credits and refunds. Any applicable VAT on the service fee is separate. Attribution, eligible orders, invoicing, payment dates and disputes must be agreed in a separate supplier contract before fees can arise.

Current website capabilities

The website provides an editable sourcing brief, RFQ download and a comparison of quotes entered by the user. Existing account holders can review their saved enquiries. New registrations are open for sourcing review. No automated supplier discovery, binding negotiation, order placement or payment collection is active.

Specifications and supplier evidence

The brief builder uses rules and may omit details. Review every field. Compare prices on the same shipping and VAT basis. Certification claims, availability, lead times, warranty and quotation validity must be confirmed with the supplier. Examples are fictional unless expressly identified as actual quotes.

Buyer approval

A sourcing request is not a purchase order. Sharing a brief externally requires buyer agreement. Any purchase requires the buyer’s approval and a direct supplier contract. No machine may commit company funds through this release.
