The proposed supplier fee is 3% of the fulfilled order value excluding VAT, after credits and refunds. Applicable VAT on DealMesh fees, if any, is stated separately.
A £10,000 qualifying order produces a £300 platform fee before any applicable VAT. Joining or submitting a quote does not trigger a fee.
